The Bay Point allows control of parking and median settings for individual parking bays.

Placing a Bay Point

1. Select the Bay Point icon from the Parking section of the Site Layout tab.
2. Hover over the parking area to be altered. When it highlights, left click to select.
   
3. Data point(left click) to place the Bay Point.
   
4. In the properties dialog for the Bay Point, enter values for Median Width, Parking Depth or Parking Angle.
   
   Note: The Bay Point can be moved as necessary after placement.
